We will replace or exchange it, or refund your full purchase price based on our Returns Policy below. All returns must be authorized. Please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. Please allow up to 48 hours for response via email.
Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging with all cards, tags, etc. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid as we will not accept COD packages.
Shipping charges will be refunded only if we sent the wrong item or the item was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return, and make sure to obtain tracking for the return shipment. We can provide shipping labels if needed, and your account will be billed accordingly.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Any refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the refund.
