Orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please allow a few more days to receive your item than normal to receive your items.
Returns Policy & Instructions
Two Lumps of Sugar stands behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will replace or exchange it, or refund your full purchase price based on our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 516-242-1066 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will be happy to assist you.
Returns for items purchased on-line at twolumpsofsugar.net:
Two Lumps of Sugar will accept returns for items purchased online within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item(s) are returned within the 30 days, a refund will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and all tags and cards must be included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items purchased from Two Lumps of Sugar at shows and events:
All items purchased at shows and events are final sales. We are happy to assist you if there is a problem with any product purchased at one of our retail events.
Items purchased from another retailer or on-line seller:
Two Lumps of Sugar will not accept returns for items not purchased directly from us. Please return to the point of purchase for these returns.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA). To obtain an RA number, please contact our Customer Service department at 516-242-1066, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. RA numbers may also be requested at any time via email at email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for response via email. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and we do not guarantee that the item will be returned to you. Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging with all cards, tags, etc. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid as we will not accept COD packages.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for any amount greater than your original purchase.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Any refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the refund, however; it may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
